1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Policy

TV Mounting Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides a 1-year limited warranty on all labor performed as part of the Installation Services, beginning on the date the Services are completed. During this warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, re-perform the Installation Services or issue a credit toward future services to correct any material defects in workmanship, at no additional charge for the service call.

Product Damage During Installation

If a product is damaged as a direct result of the Installation Services, TV Mounting Services will repair or replace the damaged product at its sole discretion, provided the damage is reported within 48 hours of the completion of the Installation Services. This coverage is limited to the original retail value of the damaged product and does not extend to any consequential damages, loss of use, or data loss.

Product Warranties

The manufacturer of the products, or the retailer from which you purchased such products, is solely responsible for all product warranties. TV Mounting Services makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or lifespan of any products installed.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply where the defect, damage, or inability to use the products is due to:

Failure, malfunction, or defect of the product itself unrelated to the Installation Services
Power surges, electrical problems, environmental conditions, water damage, acts of God, or any cause other than the Installation Services
Modification, removal, adjustment, or servicing of the product or installation by any party other than TV Mounting Services
Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or errors in operating the product
Normal wear and tear
Failure of the mounting surface, wall structure, or building materials

Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, you must notify TV Mounting Services in writing (email or text message) within 30 days of discovering the defect, describing the nature of the issue. TV Mounting Services shall not be obligated to cure any defect unless timely notice is provided. We reserve the right to inspect the installation before approving any warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of TV Mounting Services arising out of or related to the Installation Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Installation Services. In no event shall TV Mounting Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage beyond the installed products, loss of use, loss of data, or personal injury not directly caused by the gross negligence of TV Mounting Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, TV Mounting Services disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This limited warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
